Returns & Exchanges
We're a small independent business and can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
Sizing tags on vintage pieces don't always reflect how something fits today - fabric changes over time. That's why we always include exact measurements on every listing, and flag anything that runs unusually small or large (e.g. "tagged L, fits more like M"). Always go by the measurements, not the tag.

If you do need to return something, just get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to come back in the same condition and return shipping is on the buyer.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know it will fit?
Don't always rely on the size tag. Go by the measurements. Vintage sizing shifts with age, washing and wear - a vintage Large can fit like a modern Medium, sometimes smaller, sometimes much bigger.
Every listing has exact measurements, and we flag anything that runs unusually small or large (for example "tagged L, fits more like M").
The easiest way to buy vintage confidently is to measure a piece you already own that fits you well - pit to pit, length, and sleeve - then compare those numbers to the listing.

When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Once shipped you will get a tracking number by email - check your spam folder if you cannot see it.
UK - free next day shipping on all orders.
USA - 5-8 working days. All duties and customs fees are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Free shipping on orders over $175.
Europe - 3-7 working days. All duties and taxes are included in the price - nothing to pay on delivery.
AUS & NZ - 7-10 working days.
Rest of world - 5-14 working days.
Will I be charged customs or duties?
If you are in the USA, no. All duties and customs fees are already included in the price you see. No surprise charges when it lands.
If you are in Europe (EU, Switzerland or Norway), also no - all duties and taxes are included in the price at checkout. Nothing to pay on delivery.
Everywhere else outside the UK, any duties are the buyer's responsibility and depend on your country's rules.
Can I return something?
We are a small independent business, so we can only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described.
If that happens, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. Items need to come back in the same condition, and return shipping is on the buyer.

Is this piece still available? Will you restock it?
Most things here are one of one.
If you can add it to your basket, it is still available. Once it sells, that exact piece is gone and will not be restocked.
New pieces land every day at 8PM UK time, so if you missed something, similar pieces come through every day.
What condition are the pieces in?
Everything is authenticated vintage, so pieces carry the character of their age. Each listing states the condition and we will point out any flaws in the description and photos.
