Changed your mind? We accept returns from the UK and anywhere we ship. Email info@sydshouse.co.uk with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before posting so we can provide the return address and instructions.

If you’d like to choose another piece, we can offer store credit for your return. If you’d prefer a refund, we’ll send it back to your original payment method.

Return postage

For change of mind returns, the buyer pays return postage, including international return postage. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of posting.

Item condition

You’re welcome to try your piece on as you would in a shop. Please don’t wear it beyond trying it on, and return it in the condition received. If additional handling reduces its value, we may make a deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds

We’ll refund your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return item(s). If you return your full order, we’ll also refund any original standard delivery charge where applicable. Extra costs for an upgraded delivery option aren’t refunded.

Damaged, faulty or misdescribed items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, email info@sydshouse.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue. We’ll help put it right and cover reasonable return postage.

Measurement Guide

Measuring pit to pit from armpit seam to armpit seam — **P2P (pit to pit)** - straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam.

Measuring length from the neck seam to the hem — **Length** - from the seam at the back of the neck straight down to the bottom hem.

Measuring sleeve from the back of the neck along the sleeve to the cuff — **Sleeve** - from the seam at the back of the neck, along the top of the sleeve to the cuff.
